I am serving soldier to the INDIAN army ,I have a serious issue of which I request you to take it up seriously & immediate action to be taken on the concern personel, i had ordered a drilling machine on the 52/3/2014 - 6510 JL, the merchant who dealt with my product is a cheater,fraud & should be discrded from your list for delevering the wrong product & yet not responding for the return & change product,
your phone banking is a nother negative activity which should all be replaced,changed or discrded, name ADITY only entertaining complaints with 0 follow up , no call inquiries of the merchant ,
please do the needfull, as it is a serious issue after you receiveing my payment but no goods.
