My self shailesh rakholiya (Cell No. 0********10) and I want lodge the complaint against shopittoday.in company and their employee because they done fraud with me and taken Rs. 13500/- from me.
In the month of Oct-2014, I got a phone call from one of the executive (Name Mr. Pawan gupta Ph. No. +********0894, Mobile No. +********0190, 0********95, 0********17),he told me that I am a lucy winner of their one of the contest and I won the washing machine (product cost - Rs. 34500/-). And to get dispatch the same to my address I have to pay only service tax i.e. Rs. 5800/- and I paid to pay Product Insurance Cost i.e. Rs. 7700/- I paid that amount also. It means that I paid total Amount of Rs. 13500/- to get my product.
When I was in waiting of product, my first parcel and get shocked, I found 1 pair of Lotto Sport Shoe and 1 formal pant. and when I talked about the same to that executive he told me that this is just welcome kit or product and my original product yet dispatch and it will get dispatch soon.
After some day's when I was taking continuously followup, he send me another parcel and gave the docket number as well stating that my original product has been dispatched.
When I asked to customer service and that executive both told me that your final amount is pending for processing the file and you have to pay Rs. 7000/- to get product again I paid that amount .
After all that experiences I come to conclusion that this company is doing very big fraud in India. All executives in this company are cheating with innocent people in the society.

Please don't entertain to such calls and specially from below mentioned company. If you have already suffered from this, kindly lodge your complaint immediate and take necessary action against such frauds. Please report POLICE COMPLAIN as early as possible, so you can get your money earlier. And also request to consumer court please take required action on this.
