I am to inform that I purchased ITC shares in 1983 and sent my share certificates for demat and change of address in 2010. But the ITC people refused my request stating that my signature is not tallied.
I requested them to guide me the correct procedure for this but there is no reply from them.
Since 2010 i did not receive bonus and yearly dividend.

They send me the below mentioned mail but no action was taken so far in this regard.

"In this connection we wish to inform you that under A/C No. 04/11336, we are proceeding to take appropriate action in the matter on the basis of your request vide the aforesaid email. The requirement of specific documents for effecting change of address, transfer/transmission of shares, have since undergone substantial changes."
