First I got call from click2resume to by their services as they claimed that they are directly send my resume to company and I'll get 30-40% hike in my current salary. So I thought I should buy this service and their executive (tanu) guide me on call to make the payment through their web site on 3 oct13. it was shown few package on web page so I select one of the package of Rs.1050/- and made the payment, Than she said for further confirmation she is going to transfer my call to next level. than on next level other executive(shahil) do the same thing he guide me to go website and pay Rs. 4588/- and I asked him for what I should pay now as I have already paid Rs.1050/- for the services but he said that was only for registration for profile completion I need to pay this amount. I asked him that I don't want your services please return my money he denied to do so, he convinced me that once your registration will complete we'll arrange your interview for top position with companies or else we'll simply send you only job alert for what I have paid. That's mean they charged Rs.1050/- for that services which are provide by other job site for free. He also commit whatever I am paying to click2resume will be refund with my first salary by the company. So I thought lets complete my profile at least so online I paid Rs.4588/- so for both transaction they send me order and service id. Once payment done he also transfer my call to further verification to their executive (Aman). He also start same procedure and guide me to their website and this time he asked me to pay Rs.8428/- now I feel this is ridiculous on every they are charging money on each level so I said him, now I'll not pay further and do not want their services as they are not informing me that how much I need to more and they are saying that if I'll not pay my profile will not complete and I would not get this services. I asked him also to refund my money but said he can't do so.Now I am feeling like cheated. I asked him to give me his manager number or their office address so he said it's all in website but when I go through only number I found is not working. I do not how to contact them now I mailed them on mail id given on their website but they do not responded.

Please help get my money back or guide us what should I do now
