I paid 33,000 for 8 sessions of ulippo at prettislim.
I was promised verbally that the first session would result in a loss of anywhere between 8 to 10 cms. When my first session resulted in a loss of just 6 cms (not even within the promised range) I was enlightened by the staff that while they call it spot reduction, the loss will be counted as per the total of the measurement taken from 3 different areas. So evidently there is no visible loss, and i was informed that I should have maintained this loss when I come in next!!!!
When I confronted about this Harshida the branch manager said she will get back about why I did not get the loss committed. When I told her that since I did not get what was promised i want my money back she put me through another person. This person tells me I will NOT get any refund under any circumstances since I had signed to that effect. When I asked to speak to a higher up she tells me she is the higher up. Who owns prettislim? no answer. She gives me a generic email id at which I can write but no name. In fact even on their website there is no mention of the owner/s.
I seek a refund.

With much hesitation, i tried Prettislim clinic. I was too busy in my work all these years and had put on lots of fat on my belly. With long working hours and irregular eating, my waist size ballooned. I enrolled with Prettislim andheri branch for their tummy u lipo program. They were more professional than i thought. Doctors did a good job on tummy. I lost good about 10 cms in every treatment . Although some of it i gained back. But after 8 treatments i waist size was down by few inches. Dietitians were good in motivating you for diet & counselling. Thanks to my dietitian Trupti. And the best part is, that i need to go to prettislim, only once a week. It was a boon for me, as i can lose fat, with only one visit per week. and that also on sunday to sunday. Thanks prettislim. Keep it up . Do not forget to follow 3 days ulipo diet.
