Respected Sir / Madam , I am Pavan (Mobile: ********22) and I purchased Samsung Galaxy S4 (I9500) phone few months back from Chennai Mobile Store, Chennai, India.

I am facing many issues with this S4. Already, I have given the phone to the service center three times because of severe heating, Auto restarts, noise sounds , touch no response,calls disconnecting in the middle of the call, suddenly battery goes to 0 percent & Switching off and hanging issues but no proper response.

1st time they it is software issue and upgraded and they told all problems are rectified. After couple of days again same problems.
2nd time again i went to service center this time they told battery got bulge/ swell out and they given the new battery, kept with them for 5 days for observation and they said that the problem is resolved . After couple of day the phone gets hangs and severe heating.
3rd time again I went they said the problem is with the motherboard and need to change the motherboard and they are asking me to give it to the service center and to be put under observation by replacing motherboard. Service center team also accepting yes sir there are multiple problems on this device but not accepting for giving refund and telling check with customer care.

There are about 2 executives of customer care who have interacted with me and the response was pathetic. Plz understand that we paid 40,000 INR for this phone and its a huge investment and there were lots of hope when we bought this phone. I had a respect for this brand but now, both the phone and the service that we received till date is pathetic and very poor. The worst part is response from customer care executives. I told that i don’t want any repairs and requested for refund.

I don't understand whether samsung team doesn't have value for customers or is this how guys behave with the customers always? Why I should I give it to the service center every time and its just few months since we purchased this phone.

I don't want this phone now and want my money to be refunded.

VERY GOOD .. GOOD SKILL OF WRITING EMAIL. PAR KAHIN KAHIN COMMA GALAT HAI AND THODA ESSAY WALA FEELING ARAHA HAI .. FIR SE SAHI SE LIKH K BHEJO WE WILL REPLACE YOUR PHONE
