Protronics - Sale of a Defective Product on Board

I purchased one PLUGS portable sound system on board Indigo Flight 6E 291 on 30th September 2014 vide receipt no.703070 dated 30.09.2014. I regret to inform you that the system has stopped functioning suddenly. I am shocked and surprised. I feel cheated. Please take necessary action in the matter to replace the faulty piece. I am a regular flier on Indigo and am dismayed the the Airlines sells substandard merchandise to unsuspecting fliers. It was a sealed box and I could not open and check it since it would have interfered with the signal system of the Aircraft.
