Aircel Limited - Robbery of Customer

Dear Sir,

I am using Aircel Prepaid Connection bearing Sim No.21********2 Mobile No.********45. Today i.e. on 3rd February, 2011, at about 0830 Hours I have received a SMS Thank you Very much for subscribing Rs.30/- towards "Arthamulla Indhumadham. When I have not made any request to the service provide to any additional service what is the logic behind looting the customer. I never experienced such a stupidity with Aircel compared to Airtel. The deducted amount should be credited back to my talk time. Failing which I have left no option to approach Human Rights Association/Consumer court. Just for Rs.30/- even I will spend any sort of amount to teach a lesson to them as well as will issue bit notice in the temples/masjids/churches about the looting of the service provider and will put my maximum efforts to defame the image of the Company.

Please warn the appropriate authority to credit back by amount into my talk time account.
