I ordered (No: 504663) one pair of shoe from fashos.com in November 2012 at discounted price but unfortunately size was misfit. As per discussion, i couriered them back to their warehouse in order to get the one of correct size. Unfortunately, required size was unavailable and they issued coupon of equal amount with a validity till December 2012 saying being the discounted product money can't be refunded (My own money got restricted!) though they mentioned on phone that coupon can be utilised for one year (Lack of transparency). When i tried using the same in October 2013, portal showed me that the coupon is invalid. On inquiry, they told me that coupon validation has expired and it was valid till six months from date of issue (Again lack of transparency). As a result, my own money get lapsed without being utilized! Isn't it a case of duping customers for their own money? Why not fashos.com uses some kind of wallet or my cash options which other shopping sites are using? After all, it was my own money and not something of have-some-free-stuff for promotional activities.
