Respected Sir, Ma'am,
I have registered the complaint about the PC not turning on because of the SMPS problem I think. The complaint number is 338578 which I have received by calling the toll free number 1********919. My query is that Acer is making too late to resolve the problem and the result is that our organization's business comes in trouble and our costumer becomes dissatisfied by all this, so please make it soon.

Complainant's Goal: To resolve the issue as soon as possible.
