Sub. : Loss of my ORIGINAL IGNOU student ID card - Enrolment No – 0********
While travelling from IGNOU study center to my residence , i lost my student ID card around Govt.Science college – Bangalore -560001.
To avoid misuse of my Lost student ID card , i request you to kindly register my F.I.R in the subject matter .
For your ready reference I enclose herewith
a) Copy of DL as ID proof
