Sir,

1. I had booked a Flat in Abhilasha Home in Anandlok-I at Jaipur with Ansal API in January 2009.
2. As I was taking voluntary retirement from Air Force at that time and planned to settle myself at Jaipur.
3. I paid my due installments in time.
4. In January 2013 they told me that Flat is ready for possession.
5. When I reached at office they were insisting me to take the possession of Flat without registry. I told them that I want the possession of Flat with Registry, buy they refused.
6. Since, then I am approaching Officials by telephone calls and emails but they never give any satisfactory reply.
7. Since January 2010, after retirement from AirForce, I am compelled to live in rented accommodation.
8. Kindly take the matter with Ansal API officials to get me the possession of my Flat (ABHILASHA HOME NO. T1-GF-0002, ANAND LOK-I AT JAIPUR) with registry.
