I am an officer with Canara Bank. I booked a Etios Liva GD at your showroom in Enchakkal, Trivandrum on 28/10/2014.
This is my first car purchase from Toyota. As per relatives who own a Toyota brand... Toyota has good reputation with regard to the product customer relations but my experience was not so..

On 28th October 2014 I met your sale Executive MR. Rakesh at your Showroom in Trivandrum and booked Etios Liva GD,
while booking itself i enquired about exchange bonus/exchange for which your sale representative answered "NO".

Later on December 03, 2014 I handed over the Demand Draft of Rs. 672430/- as II payment. At that time too i enquired about Toyota's End of Year sale Benefit and the answer was again no.
Later on Second week of december I found that Toyata Kirloskar was advertising with Tagline "Remeber December" which says customer is benifited with Exchange bonus + other benifits around 40k for Etios Livas.
I enquired the same with MR. Rakesh and the reply was "The advertisement and offers are meant for old model Livas(models prior to nov 2014), that too only four cars are available in Kerala."
I wondered how Toyota Kirloskar may put up an ad all over india for selling 4 cars that too in Kerala.

Later on 10th, 11th, and 12th of december i called your customercare for a solution in this regard. I was offered with an answer "Will get back to you shortly" all the three times.
I remember one excecutive Mr. Junaid who talked to me on the Ist Day who told the complaint is being taken up with higher authorities and i will be provided with an amicable solution.

I am expecting a fair solution and an answer to why an attempt to cheat happened at the dealership and the lack of will to resolve issues by customer care.
I will be undertaking vehicle delivery only after a resolution to this issue is arrived at
