Hi,

I have booked a Asus Zenfone 5 Mobile phone from sirfbuy.com on 18th March 2015 from www.sirfbuy.com. and on 31st march 2015, i recieved a message that your product has been canceled due to our courier partner issue & money is refunded back into your account

Now today is 14th April 2015 and still i haven't recieved my money back into my account and tried many times to call on their customer care number, but both number are not getting connect.

Even i went to the contact address mentioned on website and their is no office of sirfbuy.com. they have mentioned wrong contact address on their website & they are making customers fool

I would like to help you out in this concern as I have also been cheated by sirfbuy.com but I have received my money back after long procedure.
