I booked a flat with M Tech Developers P Ltd in Oct. 2006. Later in Nov 2008 I decided to get the refund of my money (Rs129600/) as no significant construction was done in two years. I applied for refund along with my original receipt and all other required documents as per their list on 21.11.2008. Till date I have not received any amount despite my numerous reminders. They always ask me to wait for some more months as they have shortage of money. I want to get back my hard earned money as early as possible. Kindly help.
Construction Agreement was executed on June 30, 2010 apart from Agreement for sale of land where under the head “assignment/ transfer/cancellation†page 14 (e) read as under
No request for cancellation shall be made by the Allottees before the expiry of at least 12 months from the date of this agreement “Construction agreement†and upon such request for cancellation being accepted by the Developer, the developer shall be entitiled to forfeit of the amount paid under the agreement and shall refund gthe balance without any interest only after entering into an agreement with a fresh customer on equivalent or better terms in respect of the said residential unit and receipt of moneies there under.
What sover Ihave paid was relate to land but they still not returning
please advice

So please suggest sutable Date and Time when can we meet you as group.
If you think you are genuin, there is no hidden agenda behind booking, you have proper project plan for all the projects, please share same with us during our meeting
Request you to make provision to accomodate 200 customers together along with water & tea
Please do not take us lightly, sometimes some very simple citizen’s turn’s things around just like Gandhi JI, “He was just thrown out of Train and you know what he didâ€

I support this complaint. I also have similiar problem. I booked a flat in M-tech Height, Bhiwadi with M-Tech Developers and paid 1,75,000 Rupees. I understand that no project is coming there and i reminded for refund several time, but they do not bother to reply. It is a very very panic situation for me as M-Tech Directors are looting my 175,000 Rs. legally ( my hard core money). I think, all have same problem should unite together. We all should lodge a case against him in legal court, consumer court and all those Govt. agencies, If Directors have eaten their money, Govt, should oction their houses and cover all property belong to them their families and children. Govt. should oction that and get our money, otherwise anyone will start this looting proceedure.
If required, we should meet with senior justice and need to lodge a complaint with Prime Minister to arrest theser frauds immediately who are looting our money.

Nbr Land Developer And Builders Was Number One Of The Best Developers.NBR Group has delivered whatever was promised and maintained cordial relationship with flat owners even after three years of possession of the project. They have attended to even small issues. NBR Heights was reasonably priced and was in a good location. I have recommended to many of my friends and relatives.
