L.I.C.of India - refund money of money back policy not transferred to account inspite of regular visits and reminders

Respected sir,
I want to inform that my father Mr Ratan Lal Jaiswal had two policy with L.I.C.of India.
Due to change of our Bank address of Cornwallis street. to Bowbajar branch our bank IFS Code has been changed.
On 16th of April, we informed the L.IC.of India branch regarding the changes of address and we also. provided the new branch address with new IFS Code.
In the mean time, on 28 th of March 2015 we were supposed to get. the refund from money back policy which is still due till this date I.e.5th May 2015 only to be get information via sms that the company had registered our new changes but not transferring the refund to our savings bank account
Thankful.
