We have paid a token advance of rupees in two installments for villa to Panchamrit builders in 2012 March. Later on that managing director Raju is not contacting with us any-more and he is avoiding our calls. It’s been 1 year and 9 months and now we wanted to withdraw this project and get back our amount fully as there is no progress in construction of the project. Please do the needful.
