not refunding my money even though i sent an email to cancel the product worth 2749. they harassed me a lot, iam totally broken, i will have to wait for 10 days now to get the product and ship it back to them..please help payment made via my cc

These people are fake and very big liars , they display products on their site saying "available, buy now" and when you have placed the order for the product they say we don't have it please try another product instead of the one ordered and this has happened many times.. They just waist people's time and energy nothing else, its a crap.
