Hi,

I ordered a product from Shopclues on 31st May 2015. The product I ordered was "Wrist / ankle weight strap weight 3 kg x 2 total 6kg" worth Rs 704 which I already paid through the Net banking. Its been more than 15 days since I ordered my product, but I have still not received it.

I hear different things from different sources -

1) When I call Shopclues customer care number the IVR says that my estimated date of delivery is 10 June 2015.
2) The customer Care Executive says estimated date of delivery is 9 June 2015.
3) When I call the FedEx to check the status of the delivery they informed me that the shipment has yet not been scheduled from Shopclues side.
4) I called Shopclues again, they say that as per the FedEx website shipment label is created from Shopclues side, It is FedEx who have not delivered me the product yet.
5) I again went back to FedEx. And they tell me that anybody can go on the website create label. Label created on the website does not mean that the shipment is with FedEx. And they asked me to contact the reseller named Nitin Katiyal from Jalandhar from whom my product has to come. Being a customer am I supposed to do all this ?????
6) While talking with the guy from FedEx I called Shopclues too and put both of them in conference. Both of them were persistent on they are not responsible for my product. Being a customer is it my job to chase and track after the product ???" Highly inconvenient and frustrating"
7) Shopclues customer care are not at all helpful they told me thrice that within 48 hours I will get resolution, but no body bothered to call back or provide resolution.

I checked for user reviews online for Shopclues and I saw there are many other customers like me who facing such issues were Shopclues get the advance payment but never delivers the product. It seems this website is a scam.

Please help me get my product. And also help other customers who have suffered from Shopclues Fraud.
