On 15/01/2016 I got a call from Yeeppe.com from mob number ********20 for selling Sony BRAVIA KDL-42W700B 106.7 cm (42) Full HD Smart LED Television on discounted price and i visited the above site and ordered one LED TV for Rs.16,488/- and paid thru Standard Chartered Debit card as guided by their executive Mr. Akash and Vikas. However, there was error in transaction and my transaction was done twice and wrongly Rs.16,488/- was debited twice. So total amount Rs. 33,976 / - was debited from my bank account. After that I have constantly following up with the Company and every time a new employee talk and assure me for the refund of money. However, till today I have recd order confirmation mail or product details and nor about any refund process, but they are making different excuses every time. They confirmed over various calls that they have received Rs. 32976 /- . I therefore request you to resolve this matter and help me to get the refund of Rs.32, 976/- which I have already paid them payment thru two different transaction of Rs. 16,488 /-. Further, they have couriered me the product and it was not the television, it was a sony speaker which was complimentary. Currently whenever I call them, they just giving random answer we are in the process.
