I did not got the broadband connectivity for whole of my validity period. before that i complained about data card damage to mts customer care about 2 to 3 months ago. then they keep telling that everything is right. so i did recharge worth Rs 999 on 26 november. but the data card was not working i complained again and they took 15 days to exchange the data card. the new one is also not getting broadband connectivity. so i complained again on 14th december. They said the problem willbe solved within 10 days and yet no action is taken by them. Thus i lost whole my validity, my valuable time, money and attention. Thus mts sucks in providing quality service.
