YAMAHA Motor - Poor performance due to bad servicing- Yamaha FZS

I have purchased a Yamaha FZS presuming Yamaha's superior product quality and performance. I had switched from Bajaj to Yamaha product.
Though FZS was pricey (Rs. 78000), I decided to purchase the same for its performance.

The bike relally delivered well till the first servicing. It delivered a good mileage of 52 Kmpl for the first 500 Km. of course the bike was subject to prescribed driving conditions to optimize the mileage. To my horror, after the first servicing by the dealer- GANESH ENTERPRISES (VIKHROLI-MUMBAI), the bike'smileage dropped down to 35 kmpl !! The service guys had no explanation for it. In the subsequent serviicings which were scheduled as per company's manual my bike's mileage did not improve.
Repeated complaints to the dealer were ignored.

Though the servicing is free, the dealer does bill for inessential spares etc (eg. cleaning of rusted chain, switches etc). This has been a common complaint from other buyers who have purchased from this particular dealer.


I am not able to contact the Service dept of Yamaha neither the dealer is revealing the same to me. Kindly bring this to the concerned Yamaha service dept. as I seek restoration of my bike's mileage.It is becoming un-affordable to drive this bike now (Rs. 2 per km) and I repent my decision to switch on to Yamaha.

servicing is very bad they dint have time even wash the vehicle they charged me RS 1080 which includes ( oil suppliment or filter ,oil,teflon) though it is my first free service
complients
wash-not proper
fittings(after service)-reckless
treating customer-very bad
Teflon-dint lost stain also (but charged 350)
what i complained at time of service
pick up,continuously getting back tail light,stains on new bike,handle is not in right position
wat they did
they dint check the pickup in addition to that they said u will have good pickup after u done 5000 kms is it true can anyone believe this
they dint do anything abt tail light problem i got it done from uppal ashoka motors
they dint do proper Teflon also bike is still with stains
abt handle position they r saying it is proper position but in real it is not
i proved it by giving it to another customer for raide
wat bonus i got
improper service
scratches(new vehicle its hurting)
plz take some proper action

Dear Sir,

I havt to complaint against the yamha agency about our vehile no and Registration Certificate. Sir I had purchased a bike Yamha FZ dt. 28/03/2012 from Adarsh Agency Ohkla Phase II New Delhi. Contact person is mr. Naveen. now come today 03rd May., but I have no convienacne about as declare u. sir i am leaving in delhi but I am servicing in faridabad I am across the boarder every day. unfrotunately my bike stoped by police and they are challan aginst the without RC no. so why Dont giving me my documents and how can ride my bike that is the very big problem for me. pls try to understand and rectifty the problem. my contact no is ********50
