I am ks joorail relative of Mr manoj kumar resident of Vill- malik, post- mohkampur, dist- aligarh(UP), pin No- 202145, mobile No-0********11 is helping out to lodging this complaint on behalf of said victim as ilitrate. indl booked his bike for servicing with shiva bajaj auto aligarh(UP) vide their JOB Card No-04091494 dt 27 dec 10 and invoice No-04946234.
The service engr thight up piston valve of the bike caused bike had off road just after few km run. when i approached them again they damage piston also by pouring petrol with oil on the piston but could not start the bike hence could not shorted out the problem later they told bike require for new engine and appx Rs 3000/- will be charged and refuse to do any thing more when i react on it they misbehave with me also.
when i checked with pvt service engr then he found that piston valve has been tilted due to too much tight up and piston has been damaged. i repaired my bike by pvt service engr by spent Rs 2400/.
Therefor, you are kindly requested to take action against the dealer and also reimburse my amount Rs 2400/- which was piad to pvt engr.
Failure to this regard will compel me to do law full action against the company and the dealer.
