I want to raise complaint against MAX LIFE INSURANCE,
Max life insurance having a direct sales agency called ' IC DIRECT SALES AGENCY ' located at new Delhi.

I got a call from same agency and offer me Loan on regarding Life Insurance (Max Life Gain Plus). Ms Nitika explained me about this plan she told me that if you paid Rs.20000/- per Year (1) You have got Rs.2000/- cash back per year (2) You have got Rs.2 lakh Mediclam Insurance of Your 04 Members Me, My wife, my daughter & my son for every year their details are mention with max life gain plus (3) after 2 years you will get Rs.12000/- minimum for for every year cash bonus (4) after 10 years you will get Rs.24000/- + Rs.12000/- till 20 years.

Ms. Nitika does not pick my phone and other Number 0********12 it is also not picked
what can i do
So I take a decision to registered a complaint against the team.
