Hi,

This is something about PNB’s swipe machine services. I made a mistake of choosing PNB swipe machine in place of HDFC and other banks. But it took me around 20 days to get installed after I made at least 50 phone calls to your staffs including the Manager and others. After only a month or so around Rs. 24000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) were not credited by the bank for no mistake at our part. Again I kept on calling rather fighting at that many exact but in vain. Ultimately, Manager, Sect -48, Noida showed intervened and money was credited after fight us again 20 days. Now, every month Rs. 1150.50/- are being deducted whereas that machine which is linked with the landlines is not to be charged. I have been calling your staffs to rectify it since 1 months but in vain.

Your business is there only because it’s a government bank otherwise your services are really very bad. Your staff is compelling me to stop your services and opt for some private bank. I shall be grateful if you look into this matter and do the needful as soon as possible.
