Vodafone - Please help resolving my problem asap

I am not receiving delivery reports for sent messages from past 1 day.
The service is selected ON in the settings on my phone.
No doubt the message is being delivered but where is my delivery report??
Please help. Tried contacting customer care but got a very rude response.
