Tata Teleservices Ltd. - PF Not Transfer

Hi Sir/Madam,
My Name is Kamal Kishor Sharme M. My EPF has not been transferd from my previous employer to the new employer. THis is happening since Oct 2009.
Previous Employer : Bharti Airtel Services Ltd, Jaipur
EPF number : HR/GNN/10693/025030

I had submitted my PF form near about on Oct 2009 but I it's not cleared upto now. My company says that your PF form send to the RPFC Institutional Area, Gurgaon 122002. on 12.11.09
New Employer: Tata Teleservices Ltd, Jaipur
New EPF number : AP/HY/32831/41771
I am not able to do any thing please help me in this regards.
