Complaint on Pearl yamaha Gachibowli Hyderabad(Replaced original part with duplicate)

I was appalled by how my bike went thru first service. They have put a big scratch on the tank graphics.Also my odometer reading was 467 kms when given
for service and when return the odometer was 474 kms. I left the vehicle at 11 am in the morning
and till evening 7 they did not give the vehicle. On repeated calls finally they gave the vehicle in the last minute and left.
Now i am concerned that they have replace my tank part with some one else's tanks part.
Also they are not servicing the vehicle on the work module. They are putting the vehicle down and doing changes. Pls look into this
issue immediately and help me get my original part.
The head mechanic at the service centre talks rudely to people and the manager is not available at the service centre.Pls help get my original part
