First Flight Courier - Pathetic Service - worst experience 2nd time

With Ref to Consignment number - B55112896.


The consignment was sent from Mumbai on 9th March 2011 . it was sent by freecharge.com to me.
The first flight website showed that the consignment reached Hyderabad Hub on 9th March 2011.
I waited till 12th march afternoon for it to get deliver at my home in Hyderabad.

I called up 04039444444(Hyderabad main office) enquiring abt it. The lady at other end said that its not it in Hyderabad main office.it is in Nacharam Office. And she gave me phone number of Mr.Raju (********54). She asked me to call him and he will deliver in “today itself”. I tried 20times – that phone number was switched off always.

Then I searched for Nacharam office phone number from google. I tried these 2 numbers - (91)-(40)-32561086, 39131222 – almost 20-25times. No one responds to the call.
Then finally I was able to call NAcharam office on 32561086.
i had contacted Nacharam FIrst Flight office on 14th March 2011 at aroung 1040hrs enquiring about the likely delivery time.


i was informed that it will be delivered by 1400-1500hrs on 14th March.
i had informed the person attending that if the door is locked , kindly hand over the consignment to my neighbour(flat number 1209/06)

today is 15th March 1600hrs. the consignment not yet delivered. O have spoken to 04039444444 atleast 10times (there is only one phone there. So if u want to speak to them at main office u have to try and try their number atleast 50 times b4 u can connect with the lady there) then wen the lady answers she politely takes ur contact number and consignment number and she very positively assures u that she will call back within 15-30minutes after checking out the details --- and she never calls back… this has happened to me 4times in last 3days.

the consignment is not delivered till now.

First flight website is showing that - "Address Insuffcient"
No one from First flight office tried to contact me to ask about the exact directions to arrive at the address mentioned.


the contact number mentioned in their website are not authentic. half of they are "Switched off" and half of them come continuously busy.


i had emailed Mumbai and Hyderabad office on 12th March 2011 back regarding the same consignment . no reply till date.


Its a pathetic state of affairs.



This all is ridiculous.

I have spent atleast 6-7hrs in last 4 days on phone with the first flight people.


Kindly look into the matter

NOTE.: 2 months back My father had sent a parcel from Nasik to Hyderabad via first flight. That time also they didn’t deliver it for 7days(their website showed that it has reached Hyderabad) and then it was sent back to Nasik saying that – “Address not found”…

Thay don’t respond to phone calls and emails.

Seriously, I don't understand why the first flight courier is in business. I feel they have the worst service in world. Even the EMS service is very good compared to first flight.

This is alarm call to Management of first flight courier service. If they don't wake up now, they will have to face the music.

We had sent a parcel from Bangalore to goa on 28th Jan 2014 and it is not delivered till now.

I tried to call customer care service in Goa, they don't have exact update. They give me telephone number of another office in Goa, like this way I got 7-8 telephone numbers. I called to all the numbers but did not received exact update about my package.

FIRST FLIGHT RIP. . .
