It is very simple to book a room from OYO ROOMS APP, but it much hard to convince to the hotel people i have a booking in their hotel from OYO ROOMS.

Highly Un-satisfied from OYO ROOMS.

With family a 2 day trip is cause cost me more than 30,000 with the bad service and bad experience of OYO ROOMS.

I deleted the app next day as i reached back Lucknow and when try to give my full review about bad service and what i faced no one exact taking any action or hear for seriously from OYO ROOMS customer staff.

Very Bad Experience.

I had the same experience. Bad thing is OYO room has zero coordination with hotels. Dont go for discounts, it is a torture to book through this nonsense OYO rooms.

OYO room the biggest cheaters - and fraud
somethings cant be forgiven. And OYO rooms has just crossed the limits with me.

my parents ( in their seventies) were supposed to travel back to india (via delhi), and had a morning flight to Jammu. to ensure their confort i booked a decent room at Hotel The Class, A-282, Mahipalpur, Near IGI Airport Delhi via OYO rooms. OYO send me a nice confirmation email stating that my booking is confirmed.

My parents reached india at 1:30 am, took a cab and repeatly called the hotel on their way to hotel but they didnt response. finally they picked and to my parents horror, hotel told them they know they have booking but they cant accomodate them, and they should go away. They told them to try other hotels ( and it was 3 a.m in the morning) and were very rude to them. my parents tried their best to pursuade them but all in vain. They had to spend whole right to look for alternate hotel, in an unknown city, and eventually they failed and came back to airport.

i simply cant understand, how can someone do this to senior citizen. to make the condition worst, when i called them up them refused to comment and told me to do whatever it takes. the best they can do is give me some coupon worth 1/4 of the price of hotel.

i dont care about the cost. it is not about the cost, it is about decieving people and playing with their trust.

i would strictly warn all other people to be aware of these cheaters, and never ever depend on them.

i am planning to teach these goons a lesson for life. i am going to take to the next level be it via lawyer, or consumer courts.

Worst experience with Oyo Rooms at Shirdi.
I booked room through Oyo rooms KAWF5917. It was worst experience ever.
Their check-in timings are NOT customer friendly. The checkin time 12 noon. But most of the people travel via buses, which reach in the morning. So, if we check in before 12 noon, we need to pay 30% extra or 500 INR whichever is higher.

But, if we checkout early, there is no rule that we will get some refund :D

Quite money suc policy.

As soon as you enter, for early check in they will show you their rule book. But, if they do not provide the mentioned service, there is no rule for refund. For example, in that hotel they had said that free wifi will be provided. But there was no wifi on the floor where I was given the room. So, there is no rule now for them :D lolzz. Now they wont return some amount if they are not providing the service. 3. Free car service they had mentioned. But when we went to hotel, they said our driver is has holiday because it is Sunday. Most of the people find time on weekends to travel, and on the same Sunday, they have no driver. So NO rule book for them now :D

Price was really high for that place. Found many hotels which were way cheaper and better.

So guys, don't just book the rooms blindly!
