Orange Cabs - Orange Cabs behaving in rude manner even after not sticking to timings booked

I had booked a cab from my home location (Meerpet) to Hyderabad (Nampally) Railway Station on 12th August 2009 at approximately 7.20AM. I was given the booking Reference Number as 1601. I had given the pickup time as 3.15PM in the afternoon. At around 1.30PM I called up the Orange Cabs and informed them that the booking is confirmed and I want the Cab at 3.15Pm sharp and I also gave my another contact number apart from the number which I gave in the morning. I got a call to the 2nd number at 3.15PM from the driver stating that he is on the way and he will be reaching shortly. I was told by the driver that he was in Santhosh Nagar. But to my surprise the driver did not reach till 3.45PM, where the slowest time to reach from Santhosh Nagar to Meerpet is 15 minutes. Then I called up the Cabs and asked them when the Cab is going to reach at Meerpet. They told me that he is already on the way and he will be reaching at home in another 15 minutes.

I feel that this is really cheating the public. I had asked for the cab to come at 3.15PM and even at 3.45PM the Orange Cabs are informing me that he will be there in another 15 min. The actual time taken from Santosh Nagar to Meerpet is 15 Minutes, but the cab is still on the way since 3.15PM to 3.45PM. When I asked them about this, they asked me whether I want the Cab or not, which means the customer is being threatened even after not coming on time. I did not know why the Orange Cabs persons were talking to me in such a rude manner.

This is absolutely RIDICULOUS.

I sincerely feel that the people who do not stick to their timings are equivalent to ANIMALS.

At 3.55PM I called up the Orange Cabs and cancelled the booking.

I WANT THE ORANGE CABS TO PAY NECESSARY COMPENSATION FOR RUINING MY TIME AND SPOILING ALL MY BUSINESS, WHICH CAUSED NOT ONLY LOSS IN MY BUSINESS AS WELL AS MENTAL TENSION AND AGONY.

Orange cab- worst service and very bad behaviour. Will sue the company if they didnt change their attitude.

I booked the cab to railway station at 6pm and on calling the call center guy spoke so rudely that I need to wait for 40mins if I want their cab. This wont be tolerated and I shall take very strict actions against orange cab.

I had booked a cab from Airport location to Mehdipatnam on 23rd January 2011 at approximately 9.30PM. I was given the booking Reference Number as OR1626. I waited there almost 30 min for cab, & i have bus to catch from mehdipatnam to vijayawada which got missed becuase of this irresponsible people please take action for this.............thank you

I support this complaint.... Fucckup orange cabs. The Ugliest cab service provider, they are BIG Asss holesss .. they bahave rude because its being managed by some fukked up poliitician contacts... asss holes of all timess
