I booked AC room in kalasthri in online holidayIQ room booked by

While booking room he given worng information about room and payment after transfer amount he told me that its non refund( Rs:1100/-).i asked anil that I want room near by temple by temple. While talking anil told that its walkable. After booked room. But at the time I reached kalastri by bus and asked auto men to go to Nityra Hotel they asked me Rs 200 far and it is 6-7 km from kalasthri temple. At the time reched kalastri and I try to call his mobile number he didn’t pick, than I called in local Rs1coin phone then he picked and he is not answer the questions properly also I ask for refund he didn’t answer and disconnected the mobile

I have clearly mentioned you about the APTDC Hotel( We didn't booked any Nityra Hotel) and it is Sri Kalahasthi not Kalastri. Neither we lied nor we cheated you. All conversations were made through e-mail and you and me have written proofs for it. You made the payment only after 2 days after receiving the confirmation voucher which clearly mentioned the Hotel Name and address and tel phone numbers.
Srikalahasthi is a small town and every body knows about it. I have clearly mentioned the cancellation policy to you.

Please don't make any false propaganda.
