Dear Sir,
I have tried to recharge on 10th September 2011 at 8 PM my Tatasky subscription ID No. 1033270685 through online recharge. The amount has een debited to my ICICI card NO.4477xxxxxxxx9006 for Rs. 500/- with authorization No. 511493 to account in acquiring bank id 456822 by ARN No. ********2531********086 but the amount is still not deposited to my aove said Tatasky ID. Even I tried to contact the said online recharge company through net but it is showing problem from their server with some HTTP 500. I feel either there is somebody in that organization doing this fraud as I have same type of problem before twice through online rechage for my virgin mobile account.
Please getchecked and do the needful to get the amount back to me and take necessary action to avoid this.
