This dealer promised me to send a pair of shoes that costed 1000rs with reference to an advertisement of his shoe shop. He promised me to send the shoes to my address after i transfer momey into his account and claimed "i am not thief but a businessman" when i asked him if he would run with my money. He promised me to courier it and send the courier slip to me. But is not replying to any of my messages and has eventually blocked me when i bothered him with when will he send my shoes.
