YAMAHA Motor - Not satisfied with Yamaha Product ,Yamaha Bike FZS

I Purchase Yamaha Fzs on 13 May 2012 from Adarsh Yamaha Okhla Phase 2 New Delhi-110020,(First Service place is same)
and I am facing the following problems-

1. Digital Fuel Meter is not working properly, It shows the wrong indication many times
2. Front disc brake create a noise while using it.
3. Yamaha accessory (Seat cover ) is not available with Yamaha , After a advance payment i did not get yet.

I informed the Yamaha personnel during first service (Proof is attached),
They guys literally ignore the problem after telling Digital meter never shows correct indication it is technical problem with all Yamaha bike and Yamaha is trying to resolve and If they get solution we will inform you and regarding Disc brake problem they explained it is very common problem.

After forcing to concerned personnel , They agreed to check all the fault but for that they asked for Rs. 500 for petrol so that they can check after filling full tank but Next Day when I reached there , I noticed tank is not full and they fill little more petrol on my request.

And Yamaha Fzs pick up is not exactly same as initially informed by Yamaha

Kindly do the needful
