I had joined their 12 weeks online course on " Instruction Design" on 18th September 2013. I transferred the amount ( Rs 9750) online to the details that I had been given. I started the course and after completing week 3, I found that their entire module was not even ready. It has been more than 10 weeks now and it is still not updated. I have sent them numerous mails and tried to call them on all the numbers that I have but there has been no response. Bacause I stay in Gurgaon, obviously, it is a huge challenge for me to follow up from here. I would really appreciate any help that I can get from you.
Complainant's Goal: I wish to get my entire money back and want some compensation extra.

I too enrolled in the Instructional Design course in Feb 2017. And before enrolling I made sure to research Leads Academy to find out its reputation. I didn't come across anything like this and so foolishly paid the entire course fee - Rs. 14,750.
The same thing happened to me - they have no course material beyond week 4 and a very poorly constructed learning website. Now they are ignoring my calls and I've no idea if I will receive any of the money back. And there's not much I can do from Pune, except perhaps pursue some legal action.
Please do NOT enroll for any course with Leads Academy. It is a complete scam.
