My name is anil. I gave my honda cb twister's battery(KL 55 H 3820) at ktc honda calicut on 27th october 2011 for replacement via warranty and since now i dont have any information on my battery. One Mr Manoj is the service manager there. He never attends my call, Even if he did, he would always have some excuse for the delay period. I'm Completely helpless. I'm writing this with utmost dissatisfaction. I've never seen such an irresponsible service manager. If this continues, i'd have no choice but to go to consumer court for some legal actions. So please do the needful to get me back my battery and also to take some serious action against these workers.
