I abhishek absalom david complain my honda two wheeler dealer for tyre replacement,which comes in manufacturing defect on 8 sep 2013.
But they they are not replacing that tvs tyre.
I have also call tvs dealer mr karan singh of lucknow branch but every time he says we are out of stock and disconnect my call.
please help me out.

Complainant's Goal: to change my tvs tyre which cones in manufacturing defect.
