medplus medical stores - not refunding my money

i am a common man customer of medplus medical stores,alandi road bhosari,pune.on date of 02/03/2017 at time 6.15 pm at evening.i purchased some tablet of rs 115 .50. but by mistake of that medical stores person he firstly swipe my card for rs 155.50 and after the bill generation when he knows that he made mistake then he cancelled my payment but the payment is debited from my account.after that he swipe my card for rs 115.50 which is the original bill .so he said me that if rs 155.50 payment debited by my account i will get credited it after some days.but till date i dont receive any payment.when i ask them about that they rudely harreshing me and told me that ask in my bank but bank personnel saying that payment will not be credited in my account as payment is gone of rs 155.50 already.so can anyone give me justice.

Med Plus is NOT customer friendly.Secondly we get more rebate from many Medical stores than MEDPLUS.

Drag both MED PLUS & BANK to the CONSUMER COURT. Get notice issued to them before you file a case. If they CAN NOT refund claim compensation and costs while filing CONSUMER COMPLAINT .

Action of BOTH , amounts to UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICE & DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE AS PER CONSUMER ACT.
