India Post - Not recieved the registered parcel from India to Bellevue (USA)

I sent a parcel through registered post on 14 september 2009 from India (Punjab) to USA (Bellevue, WA).The reference number of the parcel is RR********2in. But the parcel is not received yet, already 25 days have been passed and it was assured that it will reach the destination within 15 days.I have checked on www.usps.com website and it\'s showing that \"Your item was delivered at 11:06 AM on May 7, 2009 in PORTSMOUTH, NH 03801\". But I dont know why it\'s showing wrong infoamation on the website.It is a very important parcel.

I am not sure that if the post office gave the correct reciept/reference number or not ?
