Airtel Mobile Kolkata - Not able to send porting message from Airtel Prepaid Number

I sent PORT to 1900 but i dint get any msg back. Now i cant able to send same message to 1900 also.. I felt airtel is being Worst network day by day. I am not able to port my number to other network also.
Please Help.

I want to port my Aircel service to other service, but not able to send Message to 1900 (Universal port number) from last two days. Even I called their complaint number 198, they are not able to help.

It is something blocked by Aircel, just to ensure that no body is able to PORT from Aircel to other providers.

Very Poor Service by Aircel.

I cant able to send same message to 1900 also.. I felt airtel is being Worst network day by day. And the response from the customer care also very bad, irresponsible behavior against solving the issues.
Please Help.
