This is in regard to the non-conversion of emi option(3mth) through your site. I had booked ticket in Trip ID-1303293500 selecting an option of 3 emi from the site & the banker was HDFC bank but it was not converted.


As di I am attaching the statement received from HDFC bank for your reference wherein the total amounted transcation is reflecting in the statement.It is due to Clear trip's IT error that the total amount is getting reflected.I had requested Clear trip to kindly get the statement altered from HDFC bank before the due date.
