Familycredit LTD - No Proper response from Family Credit regarding ECS

Dear Sir,
Request you to provide the rejected ECS PDF, so that i can ask my CITI bank to check on it,

Since myself had personally visited Citi bank for starting this ECS,

Moreover till to date CITI bank has not received any ECS request from your end,
i have spoken to Mr . Logesh on 21 april 12 at 08:15 pm on this,as per his comment also there is no ECS initiated from Family credit yet,
and moreover there is no indication in my statement for the reversal of ECS mandate from family credit till to date,


Request your people to check and revert, rather than asking to pay money personally, and threatening that will take my bike.

I am ready to pay the amount if ECS is rejected from CITI bank, or if you agree that ECS has been not initiated from your end.

the most worring fact is that if i pay through cash and ecs gets deducted who will pay my money back...
