I ORDERED A SUNGLASS ON 12.05.2014 AT 8:13 AM AND PAID RS 699/- BY SBI NET BANKING .
THEY GAVE NO ORDER IDS OR NOTHING TO TRACKING THE ORDER.
THEY HAVE MENTIONED AT THEIR WEBSITE THAT PRODUCT WILL DELIVERED WITHIN 5-6 DAYS.
TILL TODAY THEY HAVE NOT ANSWERING MY CALLS NOT REPLYING MY MAILS .
NO CLUE OF THE PRODUCT I ORDERED.
WHAT I HAVE TO DO NOW? FEELING HELPLESS.
