I have taken the Resume services from Naukrinews.com by Ms. Shalini Mittal. She would promised me that we will conduct your interview within 60 days otherwise your money would be back & for that I have paid the Rs3600 from my credit card thru Paypal (Payment gateway). After taken the money she will only forwarded my CV 4-5 consultant only & when I was asked her how many consultant & Employer has registed from you she told me that around 7000 Trvale related consultant registered with us. Now she is neither picking up my phone nor forwarding my Cv to top consultant & Employers.Whne I have checked my profile also in Naukrinews.com that was also still incomplete.
I requets you that please do th eneedful asap.

I support this complaint. As I too have similar experience with Shalini Mitta; (If she has given proper name). She has taken my credit card number along with PIN and misused the credit card. She has not delivered any service she had promissed. She has taken 5331 from me, but no action whatsoever. Whenever I call her, she comes up with stories with emotional blackmailing.
Similar is the case with me. I paid rs. 2000 for resume developmen ang got the professional developed resume in just 3 working days. And the staff also is really helpful & cooperative. Previous to this I paid to naukri.Com, but as the name is very big but no customer service at all. Naukrinews is almost new but atleast paying attetion to its customers.
