MYNTRA - Myantra is fraud and charge higher price than MRP on Product

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I bought a pair of shoes from Myantra online and they charged me higher than MRP price.

When I alerted them on the same they told me they would refund the excess money but I followed up with the company for two months they never got back.

They are cheating innocent customer which is incorrect and as per the law you cant charge over MRP price of any product.

I am really stressed they broke my trust so I need an total compensation from the company.

I also want it for all the consumer who has paid higher amount than prescribed the MRP.


Please look into the same.

Thanks for your mail for which I am overwhelmed.

I always trusted your site and I only shop from online as I get more options and doorstep delivery.

I shop from many sites and honestly I never thought it could happen.

I think it is wrong to put a higher price than what it is on actual brand site.

I think this will take away your customer to other site and customer will take as your site is more expensive and the site make fake claim of discount.

I am from service industry and handle few international hotel under my portfolio.

We always make sure what ever we claim are always best possible available for our customers as best bargains.

My experience with you this time was not pleasant.

So I would wait for an action ASAP as per your commitment.

I am really very surprised by the deal you have given me.

The deal was with addition 25% off but it was not there when I processed for payment.

Now I realized the same shoe I have paid more than INR 1000, as per the brand website.

How can I be charged more than INR 1000 for a product which is on Sale by the brand at rupees 3899/-.

It is a cheating , please explain or refund me INR 1000 /- for give me product worth INR 1000/-.

In case you don't want to proceed with my request still I would need your replay, so that I can take my course of action.

To The Team of Myntra

I ordered a Blue Calgiri Dress on 11the April'15, and I received it on 13th April'15.

I really want to share my personal experience, is that Online Shopping is of really NO USE. I actually want to tell you the team that you really provide those products to the customers which are returned to you and the same product you hand over to the customers.

Those products are Damaged, Used, etc, and after that people return it to you. What is the use of buying the product which are damage.

My dress is which I have ordered was in the real bad shape. There is one button missing from the back, I guess that dress is I guess used by someone and returned back. The same you guys have forwarded to me.

So from now on I will not order from Online, The best is to go to the Markets and Malls, you can try your things, check and then buy it.

Thanks but no thanks. Improve your quality of the product. Don't give those products which are used by others.
