I want to inform the Judge that Mr. Murli Nagrani - Proprieter of Panliner Shipping LLP have not paid the outstanding transportation bill payment of Rs.1, 18, 004/- ( One lac eighteen thousand four ruppees) from past three years.The date of dues is from 13-09-2010 to 02-03-2011.Since this is long time to wait for his due payment, we charge 18% yearly extra charge on the principle amount with no excuses strictly.
I would also like to inform the Judge about Mr. Murli Nagrani's advocate notice that, the content matter wrote in that is so untrue and does not have any true sense.However he wrote in your letter of date 26-03-11 that, he sent me the letter on date 25-10-2010.I clearly see that you played inofficial role by writting these words in his letter as i did not received any single letter from him on his mentioned date.He also mentioned in his letter of date 26-03-2011 that, he faced goods damage of worth Rs.2 lacs.due to water seepage.He sent me the advocate notice regarding same on date 10-08-2011 from your favour which was clearly a hint for me that he is trying to block my payment and running away from paying his unbilled transportation charges.
However, i have written in my company's L.R book clearly that the transport operator will not be responsible for any claim loss and damage to the OWNERS RISK consignment and reserves the right to itself to requdiate the claim without assigning any reason.I have also written in my terms and conditions, if no claim for loss or compensation lodged of goods the company is not liable to entertain any claim thereafter.I also received the receipt from Mr. Murli Nagrani - Proprieter of Panliner Shipping LLP's customer person name as TEKNIC CONTROLGEAR PVT LTD. that he had received his good from PANLINER CLEARING AND FORWARDING in safe condition without any single complaint.I have the original receipt of that with TEKNIC CONTROLGEAR PVT LTD's person who was present at the location on time of reception of goods (Mr. N.Singh) on date 18/10/2010.I have attached the copy of same receipt, Mr. Murli Nagrani's photo, my terms and conditions.Please find the attachments.
If i have total information on paper with firm genuine proofs against Mr. Murli Nagrani - Proprieter of Panliner Shipping LLP.I request Judge to PROHIBIT THE COMMERCIAL BUSINESS LICENSE OF Mr. Murli Nagrani - Proprieter of Panliner Shipping LLP and Announce people online to stay away from Mr. Murli Nagrani - Proprieter of Panliner Shipping LLP COMPANY.
I have lodged online FIR against Mr. Murli Nagrani - Proprieter of Panliner Shipping LLP and his company.Please demand him and his company under 420, cheating, fraud businessman in INDIA.
