I am Sumit sharma sir i have booked ticket from Gandhidham to H Nizamuddin thorough onward journey facility on dated 24-12-2011.My journey start from Gandhidham to Vadodara by Nagarcoil eXp (Sleeper class dt-30-12-2011 PNR no-842-0066388) and Vadodara to H Nizamuddin by BDTS NZM YUVA EXP (CC dt-30-12-2011 PNR No-855-12772087) but raiway ticket charge Rs 892/- for this reservation.Sir i would infrom you that the actual charge from Gandhidham to vadodara in Nagarcoil Exp sleeper class is Rs 194/- and from Vadodara to NZM in BDTS NZM YUVA EXP CC is Rs 496/- So actual total charge is Rs 194+496= Rs 690/- So why railway charge Rs 892/- so due to these problem i cancelled my ticket and booked separete ticket from gandhidham to vadodara and Vadodara to NZM due to this we face problem two times i went to railway station for cancelled the ticket and for reservation.So i requested you to pl return my refund due to wrong process and modify your process .So next time nobody face such type of problem.
