I ordered for medicines from Schwabeindia, on line , made payment through internet banking. PAYMENT,Rs.255/=, WAS RECEIVED BY CITRUSPAYMENT

SOLUTIONS on 09/04/2015, I contacted both ,schwabe & citrus on 14/04/2015.Reminded several times.BUT ORDER DETAILS AND PAYMENT NEVER REACHED

SCHWABE. After a month ,I cancelled my order and requested for refund.I am pasting blow the final response from CITRUS on 05 /05/2014.
