Dear Sir i had pay Rs 100000/- (Rupees One Lakh) to DREAMS POWER REAL ESTATE & MARKETING Pvt Ltd ON JULY 2013 for purchase of land. But they are unable to give the said land and till now not refund my money. He agrement with me to give land by 180 days from date of deposit if not then refund total amount with interest but nothing happened.The owner cum MD is SMRUTIRANJAN MOHANTY contact no- ********10 and office adress is - plot no -317/D , main road, laxmisagar, bhubaneswar, odisha, pin- 751006. kindly help me and resolve my problem.
